Survey: Grocers are set to embrace social media marketing


Grocery executives expect their print-marketing efforts to drop off sharply in coming years, and be replaced by social media outreach, a survey indicates. About 75% of grocers said they use print marketing, but 17% said they are likely to continue to do so in five years. Social media, meanwhile, is used by 12% of retailers, but 65% said they expect to use social marketing in the next five years. How can CPG & Retail brands collaborate to drive revenue?
