Showrooming Trends Holding Steady, Consumers Still Want Quality In-Store Experiences

Showrooming has become a hot topic, fueled primarily by the frequency of the practice during last December’s holiday shopping season. 

A new Harris Interactive poll reveals that even though the practice is not showing signs of slowing, there’s plenty that brick-and-mortar retailers can do to encourage in-store purchases.
