The conundrum of integrating social and mobile.

SoLoMo was the talk of the town in 2012 but it’s not been the roaring success everyone predicted. The answer is because the concept ignores the customer, writes Matt Holt, Associate Director of Digital Strategy at OgilvyOne UK.

As an industry, digital is as guilty as any in coming up with buzzwords. Gamification, badging, buzz management, blogger outreach…the list continues.
