Three brands produced by Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble Co. are named among the world's best for 2013.
Gillette, Pampers and Duracell were included in the top 100 on Interbrand's 2013 Best Global Brands list.
The annual ranking focuses on financial performance, the role a brand plays in influencing consumer choice and the strength a brand has to command a premium price or secure earnings for a company.
Gillette was ranked No. 16, while Pampers was No. 29 and Duracell joined the list at No. 85.
Duracell has been left off the list since 2010, but it had appeared on the list every year from 2000 until then. The brand holds 25 percent of the global battery market share, and key marketing partnerships have helped it maintain consumer trust.
Gillette and Pampers both increased brand value since 2012, growing 1 percent and 15 percent, respectively.
