Looks like the trend goes the same path in 2017 too and is very like to keep about the same direction in 2018 as well. Consumer is still the king for too, tablets and mobile shopping rates increasing and personalization is a headache of each and every businessman. As for the in-store shopping, I must say, that seemed like a temporary rise, reaching its peak in 2016 but then having dived a little bit and now levelling out. People still want to touch a phone before purchasing.
